In OWI cases, the kind of experts that we tend to see are either experts on field sobriety testing and police procedure; there can sometimes be experts called on audio or video issues, so more of a technology expert; and then experts on blood testing and breath testing. Those are the types we see most often in OWI cases. Whether you will need one or not depends very specifically on the facts of the case and the kinds of challenges that might be brought and supported by an expert.
