Is There a Wisconsin Ticket Quota?

Question: Do Wisconsin police officers have a ticket “quota” that they are required to meet?

Answer: There are no police quotas of which I’m aware of in Wisconsin for tickets here. I do know, however, that there are more arrests at times when police are given grants for the prevention of drunk driving and other offenses, as an example.
